Our Sunday School program is designed to nurture spiritual growth across every age group — from young children to adults. Each class is age-appropriate, Bible-centered, and taught with love, care, and clarity.
Our nursery ministry provides a safe, loving, and Christ-like environment for infants and toddlers. With trained volunteers and a heart for service, your little ones will be well cared for while you focus on worship and learning.

Jail Ministry
The St. Francois County Jail has been a part of the ministry of Blessed Hope Baptist church from the very beginning. God has given us an "open door" in this most difficult field. Every Monday we have the privilege to go through the doors into the pods of these men and ladies in an effort to reach them with the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ. The Lord has provided curriculum, Bibles, Gospel tracts, and other books and literature that we are able to distribute to those that have an interest. Then on Wednesday mornings at 9 am, we have an actual church service where we sing hymns, take prayer requests, and hear a message from the Word of God. We have seen countless souls saved and added to the church through this powerful ministry.
Mondays: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Juvenile Detention Services
We have had the unique privilege to work with the St. Francois County Juvenile Center for a number of years. It has been miraculous to see not only the open door of opportunity, but also the lasting impact this ministry has had on our church. This is not an "open" ministry... The times are not listed for opportunities available.... they are listed for you to pray.
Many of these young people have experienced pain, rejection, and confusion. Through this ministry, we bring a message of hope, value, and restoration — letting them know they are not forgotten and that God has a plan for their lives. It’s one of the most impactful 30 minutes of the week.
Sundays: 8:50 AM – 9:20 AM
Bus Ministry & Transportation
Our Bus Ministry ensures that transportation is never a barrier to attending church. Whether it’s children, teens, adults, or families — we provide safe and dependable rides to and from all church services. If you or someone you know needs a way to church, let us know!
